The Art of Sitting – Benel Style
Seating activity affects us all. We all sit too long each day: on the way to work, at our desk, in conference room and even during our spare time. The more an activity is carried out statically in the same position the more severe the health problems are. Workers who spend a lot of time sitting down often complain about neck and back ache. This results in sick notes and days off, thus lower productivity and higher cost.
