How soon will my order be delivered after placing an order?

Delivery lead-times vary for different categories of products:

Chairs: Up to 7 working days.

Desks: 2 weeks from date of purchase.

Lounge items: 3 to 4 weeks from date of purchase.

Our team will be in contact to arrange for delivery. We will strive to deliver our products at the earliest dates possible, and to exceed expectations.

What are your delivery charges like?

We charge a fee of $64.20 ($60.00 + GST) for delivery to a single location. We offer FREE shipping for orders above $1,000.00.

For Sentosa and Jurong Island, the fee will be a flat rate of $85.60 ($80.00 + GST).

What are your delivery timings like?

We do deliveries from Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) between 9am and 5pm. Our team will be in contact to arrange for delivery.

Can I self-collect my order to avoid incurring delivery charges?

Yes! Please opt for self-collection during checkout and our team will be in contact with you once your order is ready for collection. In general, a normal sedan car will be able to fit one to two chairs.

It is recommended to have us deliver desking and sofa products to ensure that the items are properly handled.

Do I have to assemble the items myself?

All seating products will come fully-assembled and no assembly or tools on your part is required.

For desking products, our team will require some time to assemble the items at the place of delivery.

I would very much like to purchase a model that is not listed on your store yet. Can I do so?

Yes! We are still working to include more models to be purchased online. If you would like to purchase a model that you like from our website but is not available on our web store yet, please contact us at shop@benel.com.sg and we will be glad to help.

What is your return policy like?

All Benel products, once sold, are non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to drop by our show space to try out our products before buying to find one that suits you. Under extenuating circumstances where a refund or exchange is inevitable for ergonomic chair products, the process must be triggered within 7 days from date of delivery / pick-up of the product, and a transaction fee of 4% will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. You will be responsible for transporting the goods back to Benel at 59 Loyang Way, S508750, or a fee of $64.20 will be applicable for Benel to collect the goods back. Additional charges will apply if goods are returned with missing parts or in a damaged condition. 

Please note that there will be strictly no refunds or returns done for fabric chairs, sofas and desking products.
